Yamaha SC-5000 MIJ Vintage 1980 Brown Sunburst Japan w/ Bag

This is a super cool vintage made in Japan Yamaha SC-5000 that plays and sounds great! These were made for the Japanese Domestic market only and are very hard to find in the US. The guitar is comprised of an alder body, maple set neck, and rosewood fretboard. 

This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The gold hardware also shows normal tarnishing from over time. The frets play great and are in nice shape, displaying only normal play wear and the electronics work as they should. 

The tremolo arm replacement, and the electronics were recently serviced with the push-pull pot being replaced. The guitar is otherwise original.
