  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided; ensure all original manuals, cables, and packaging are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Pack your gear securely in its original box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage to sensitive circuitry during transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
